Facebook is trying to convince the American public to ditch its “Facebook Live” streaming video service and buy into a video-on-demand service.

In a new video, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said the company has been working with its partners in the media to make the platform more user-friendly, and the results are looking good.

The video is a demonstration of what the company is trying and saying about the new “social media” service.

The company has had to grapple with the fact that its most popular service, which streams video content from its Facebook app, has seen declining revenue.

It’s not just Facebook’s stock that’s been in decline.

Facebook shares have fallen more than 10% in 2017 and have lost more than 8% this year, according to the S&P 500 index.

On Monday, Zuckerberg announced that the company would cut costs and lay off 1,000 employees in its global media division.

Facebook said it would cut about half of its media staff by 2019.

The cuts will be rolled into a larger effort to cut costs in the next few months, Zuckerberg said.

He said that the goal is to make video available to people who don’t have a TV.

The Facebook video app, currently called Instagram Live, is being used by about 4 million people on Facebook.

The app allows users to upload a video, and then a video editor can add captions, subtitles, and sound effects to it.

The content that people see in the app is edited in real-time by a video editing service.

That service can also play audio and video, depending on what devices are being used.

That’s how Zuckerberg hopes to reach the millennial audience that Facebook is targeting in order to attract new customers.

Zuckerberg has said that Facebook’s video app will also be available to video makers, but it’s unclear if they’ll be able to do that with existing software.
